Welcome to naturaltoothrepair.com

This blog is all about natural ways to keep our teeth strong and healthy. Some of us are blessed with good and strong teeth while others may have problems with their teeth and require a lot of dental care. God has provided us through nature with a lot of plants and herbs that can cure us and improve our health in general. My mission here is to find out more about how we can improve our dental health using natural ingredients and ways.

I Hate Going to the Dentist

Visit The DentistSome people have fears about going to the dentist and I am one of them. In junior school or what is called primary school in my country, we were forced to go to the dentist every school term. The dental equipment in the old days was rather intimidating as the drilling sounds and the scraping of teeth simply aggravates one’s fear about the dentist.  It was due to such fear that I avoid going to the dentist as much as possible. Of course, this took a toll on my dental health.

The dislike of having to spend a torturing time in the dentist chair and as well as a lot of money to get my teeth fixed sets me on the road to look for alternative ways to improve my dental health. I was thinking: “If bones can heal, why not our teeth?”; “What must we eat and/or do to help our teeth heal on its own?”.

As I look for information about natural ways to heal teeth, I thought it will be good to document the facts and figures and share them here with my readers. I hoped that some of the information that I shared here is useful to those who are looking for alternative ways to better oral health.

How Can We Have Healthy Teeth Without Spending A Fortune?

It would be nice to have healthy teeth and even nicer if one does not need to pay a lot of money to have that. Let us explore further and find out if it is possible to heal cavities on its own instead of going to the dentist to fill it up with some metals and synthetic products. What good oral habits must we have to keep our teeth strong and healthy and minimise our visits to the dentist?

If herbs and certain foods can heal and whiten our teeth, it is certainly much cheaper than dental treatment. There are many natural ingredients available to help us maintain our teeth healthy and clean. Some of these ingredients are found in some of the toothpaste. Ancient people have also used herbs to cure toothache and keep their teeth clean.  Using natural ingredients is not the only way to healthy teeth. We also need to maintain good oral habits and practices to keep the dental bills to the minimum.

Smile With Confidence

Having problems with one’s teeth can be painful not only physically but also on the pocket. It is everyone’s dreamHealthy Teeth to be able to maintain good looking teeth without burning a hole in their pockets.

Having good oral health helps maintain our appearance and allows us to smile confidently and this has positive impact our social lives and relationship.  I looked forward to sharing what I have learned about alternative ways to healthy teeth and how we can maintain good oral health throughout our life.

    Hi Vita,
    Thanks for your input.
I finally found a dentist who patiently taught me how to brush and floss my teeth correctly.
I didn’t even know that I have not been doing it correctly.
And my teeth has been more healthy now

Dear Helen,

I have experience of healing my teeth on my own.
I went to dentists many times in the past 10 years. I regret having my tooth drilled and filled 10 years ago, because now I know there is no need to drill and fill. I experienced several times of “filling fell off”. When my filling first fell off, I immediately went to dentist and got a filling again. After some time filling fell off again and I was not able to come to dentist. This time I tried lifestyle medicine and it worked.

Best regards,
